Hey everyone! Quick update: You may have noticed the look of our website is a bit different! What we have done is made the switch over to using our ‘blog’ page as our main site…this way we can post more updates, news, projects, media, etc. much quicker and easier! We have some more work to do here, but let us know if you have any thoughts, ideas, or input!

We think this will be a cool way to keep you guys more in the loop – Especially because we have A LOT going on this year…of which you will be hearing about soon, SO make sure you check back here or on our Facebook (Facebook.com/AaronVaccarSS)!

Thanks everyone for the support!

We are pretty excited to be sharing this newest AVSS Tour date: RPM in Chicago – Round 2! Furthermore, this edition of RPM is ‘Haunted’!

AVSS Tour @ Haunted RPM Chicago

We had a blast at the first RPM event when it made its debut in Chicago earlier this year July (check out Facebook page for the pic’s here!).  Looking back after a year of touring, I believe we saw most of our favorite cars show up at this event, in additional to the overall atmosphere they created – it was just awesome!

Anyways, the RPM is coming back to Chicago for ‘Round 2′ and we’re sure its going to be just as great this time around! They are changing some things up, so don’t expect it to be the same show twice!  This is one of the last official AVSS Tour stops for 2010 as well!

Solon Cruise Update: In the Event of Bad Weather

Posted: September 27, 2010 by avssnews in Tour

For our local-Ohio guys wondering if the Solon Cruise will be going on tomorrow in the event of a washout/rain/etc, here is some info:

We recently spoke with them and asked what their normal game plan is for such an event.  If it is going to be a washout, they will usually update their website (http://www.rnrcsm.com/) by around 3:00pm.  However, if we find out earlier that we will not be going, the best place (fastest) place to find information will either be the AVSS News Twitter page, or Aaron Vaccar’s Twitter page.

However, in the event of  washout, its not a total lose.  What they will do is carry over the nights theme to the next week, as well as combine that weeks theme.  Specifically, if the 28th cruise-in is washed out, the next cruise will beh October 5th, and the night will be a combination of Sport Compact and Modern Muscle as the main theme.

What they will do is hold off on the ‘theme’ night (in this case, the sport compact night), and push it to the following Tuesday Cruise, and just combine it with whatever theme is already on that night.

So, in case of a wash-out, they will push it to Oct. 5th, and it would be a Sport Compact/Modern Muscle theme.
